1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@eazyhabit.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Contact@eazyhabit.com with your order details.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
